HR & Operations Manager

Canada's leading Notary Public Company, is currently recruiting for an Operations & HR Manager on a full-time basis for the company's head office located in Toronto.

Candidates Must:

  • Have previous management and HR experience
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have solid computer skills (including excel and a familiarity of database programs)
  • Be flexible and able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Legal or accounting background and/or experience in the legal/accounting field would be an asset

Duties Include:

  • Assisting upper management in strategic planning, development and implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Managing head office and branch office operations
  • Managing staff (including scheduling and general HR)
  • Managing relationships with contractors and vendors

Customer Service Representative

Red Seal Notary, Canada's fastest growing notary public company requires receptionist/call centre operators. Successful candidates will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner and appearance
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • An administrative certificate/diploma (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Reception/call centre
    • Telemarketing
    • client intake
    • customer relations
    • scheduling appointments
    • filing & record keeping

Responsibilities will include reception/call centre related tasks and other administrative duties as assigned.
