Lost, Stolen or Damaged Canadian Passports

If you have a lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or inaccessible Canadian passport, Red Seal Notary can notarize the statutory declaration (PPTC 203 Form) that must be included in your application for a replacement passport.

New Passports: Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor

If you are applying for a new Canadian passport and do not have a guarantor, Red Seal Notary's commissioners and notaries public can certify your photograph, copies of supporting documents, and administer the Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor (PPTC132 Form) required for your passport application.

Certifying Photographs

When you do not have a personal guarantor, Red Seal notary can certify the photographs that you are required to submit as part of your passport application.

Documents Confirming Identity

Red Seal Notary can certify copies of original identification documents as true and genuine copies of the original.
