Terms and Conditions for Visa Processing Services
CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS OF USE BELOW. BY SUBMITTING YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS TO RED SEAL NOTARY (RSN), INCLUDING PASSPORT(S), APPLICATION(S), AND OTHER DOCUMENT(S), YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SUCH TERMS MAY BE MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
Fees and Payments
You acknowledge and agree that all fees, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees, shall be paid prior to the commencement of services by RSN. All requirements or fees relating to the services are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
RSN uses third party shipping companies to ship all documents. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during transit. RSN is not responsible for any damage or loss which occurs while the documents are in your possession or in transit. RSN also cannot control, and is also not responsible for the failures or mistakes by the shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, keep safe, or locate any and all packages. RSN does not and cannot warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.
Services
RSN only provides visa processing services (the “Services”) for certain countries, which are subject to change without notice. Requirements and fees relating to the processing of visas are also subject to change without notice. Consulates may change its requirements and fees without prior warning, with such changes to take effect immediately. They may also decline issuance of visas without disclosing the reason for denial. RSN will not be held responsible for any delays, cancelations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing visas. You are responsible for preparing and providing all necessary documentation for processing your visa. RSN reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.
Accuracy
By submitting your documents and application forms, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct.
Service Description
While RSN tries its best to ensure that all statements, descriptions, definitions, and information (the “Content”) which appears on the Website are accurate, under no circumstances will RSN be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Website. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of RSN.
