Once your documents have arrived at our Head Office and payment has been received, we will make certified true copies of your original documents and then hand deliver them to the appropriate government authorities for authentication and legalization.
Along with your original documents, we will also need a copy of your passport and a cover letter addressed to the Kazakhstan Embassy requesting the legalization of your documents with a brief description of the purpose your documents will serve.
Upon completion of the notarization, authentication and legalization process, Red Seal Notary will courier your documents back to you or, if you prefer, directly to the third party who has requested them.
