Passport Related Services

Red Seal Notary provides several passport related services:

Passport Application: Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor

Having trouble finding a guarantor? No worries. If you have not known an eligible guarantor for at least two years, you can, instead, complete a “Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor” form, which you can pick up at any Passport Canada location. This form must be sworn to (or declared before) a commissioner of oaths. Red Seal Notary’s fee for this service, including certification of your passport photo and the documents supporting your identity, is $69.00 + tax.

Certified True Copy of Your Passport

Red Seal Notary charges a flat rate of $89 + tax for certifying a true copy of your entire passport, which includes embossing through every page. If you require a certified true copy of the bio page (photo page) only, our standard notarization fee will apply.

For more information on any of the above services, please contact Red Seal Notary at 1-888-922-7325 or send an email to [email protected].

One of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
