Selling Your Timeshare in Florida? Red Seal Notary Can Help!

If you are selling your timeshare in Florida, you will likely be asked to do one of the following:
- have your signature on your documents witnessed by a US notary or
- obtain the Canadian equivalent of an apostille, which means having your documents notarized, authenticated and legalized.

To use Red Seal Notary’s notarization, authentication and legalization services, please do the following:
- Call us at 1-888-922-7325 to schedule an appointment to have your signature on your timeshare documents witnessed by one of our notaries. Please also request an Authentication & Legalization package when you call.
- Once your documents have been notarized, you will be instructed to send your notarized documents to our Head Office in Toronto by courier.
How does Red Seal Notary’s Authentication & Legalization service work?
Once your documents have arrived at our Head Office and payment has been received, one of our representatives will hand deliver them to the appropriate government authority for authentication and to the US embassy or consulate for legalization.
Upon completion of this process, Red Seal Notary will courier your authenticated and legalized documents back to you or, if you prefer, directly to the third party who has requested them.
